About Heather
Heather England is a Tennessee‑based HR professional, wellness enthusiast, and nature lover who has spent her career helping people feel supported, informed, and well, both at work and in everyday life. As a Senior Client Manager in Employee Benefits, she partners with employers to strengthen their benefits strategy, simplify complex health and compliance challenges, and create meaningful experiences that support employees in every stage of life.
Her personal wellness journey hasn’t been a curated, perfect‑life kind of path, but the honest, hard‑won, boots‑on‑the‑ground kind which has been shaped by real stress, real growth, and the kind of perspective that only arrives halfway up a ridge when your legs are burning and your mind finally goes quiet.
Through Wander Well With Heather, she shares the tools, resources, and insights gathered along the way. From neuroscience‑based mindfulness practices and HR‑friendly wellness guides, to book recommendations, movement tips, and trail‑inspired reflections, Heather’s work blends professional expertise with lived experience.
Outside of her HR work, Heather volunteers in her community, leads free guided hikes through Trail Turtles Knoxville, and creates customized walking and hiking routes to help people reconnect with nature and themselves.
Whether she’s building resources for HR leaders, recommending a book that shifted how she sees the world, designing a movement‑friendly route, or finding the right words for what life or a trail taught her about resilience, Heather’s goal is always the same: hand you something useful and get out of your way so you can walk your own path.

Nate believes that strength is not about chasing numbers — it’s about protecting your future self. His coaching centers on sustainable movement, mobility, and strength that supports real life: hiking with your kids, carrying groceries without pain, exploring new places, and staying active well into your 70s and 80s.
Whether you’re navigating limitations, returning to movement, or ready to level up your training, Nate builds customized programs that meet you exactly where you are. His mission is simple: help you move well now so you can still wander at 80.
